Samsung expands its Galaxy series with the addition. We are talking about the new Samsung Galaxy A5 2016. The new model is set for early January launch. The 2016 model gets a change in the specs-sheet than the earlier Galaxy A5 model. New Galaxy A5 (2016) features 5.2-inch Display, octa-core processor, 2GB RAM, 2900mAh battery and Android 5.1 (Lollipop) OS.

Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016) is a mid end gadget with no out of box feature or say carries regular specs-sheet.
As per the specs-sheet, new Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016) features 5.2-inchFHD Super AMOLED display boasting a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. It is running on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) OS. It measures 144.8 x 71.0 x 7.3mm and weighs about 155grams.
On the hardware terms, the smartphone is powered by Octa Core processor locked at 1.6GHz. Memory-wise, Galaxy A5 2016 packs 2GB of RAM, 16GB inbuilt Storage and can be expanded up to 128GB using micro SD card.

For video and photos, the Galaxy A5 (2016) supports 13MP rear facing camera with LED flash and OIS. The secondary camera, the gadget comes with 5MP front snapper for video chats and self portrait. Connectivity-wise, the gadget supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v 4.1, ANT+, USB 2.0, NFC, 3.5mm audio jack. It is backed up by 2,900mAh battery supported with fast charging feature. It also features Fingerprint Scanner. the 2016 edition will flaunt in four variants like Gold, Pink, White, and Black.
